Here’s a little something to get you in the mood for our Tupperware Party that we had with Aunt Barbara! Deviled eggs, anyone???? Mmmmm…

Tupperware Party
Tupperware Party features Aunt Barbara the #1 Tupperware salesperson in North America! So we wanted to see what it was all about! First, we went to Margaret’s house (the lovely host of the Tupperware party). She showed us her Whiskey Sour cocktail that she has made for the party….amazing!!!! It had so many fall, warming spices and we just loved it-so much, that we had two! 
Then we got to learn about Aunt Barbara and her mom’s world famous Deviled Eggs: watch this webisode for the “secret” ingredient. Then, it was party time-and we tasted dishes that everyone brought! There were so many good 60s inspired dishes, so definitely watch so you can take a trip down memory lane (or imagine what that lovely decade must’ve been like)!!!! After we stuffed our faces for an hour, we got to watch Aunt Barbara do what she does best: sell some Tupperware. She is amazing!

Cooking with Clay Pots features Nathalie Herling who lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and is a master of Clay-Pot cooking. Check out her blog creativeclaycooking.com.  She was kind enough to let us come into her home, where we found her collection of Clay Pots and bottle caps (she collects them!). She made a delicious Goat Cheese Tart, a Carrot Ginger Soup, and an Amazing Paprika Chicken—all in Clay Pots! It is a slower, lower way of cooking and Ellen and I can’t wait to try it at home. All of the recipes are posted here on the website.
